Vanity Haus understands that unanticipated events occasionally happen in everyone's life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, we require a minimum of 24 Hr notice in the event you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation. This allows the opportunity for others to schedule. Failure to do so, means a guest will be charged 50% of the services booked. Please remember we must enforce this, if you do not show up our therapists do not get paid for that time, we all work on a commission basis and just as we value your time, we kindly request you value ours as well. Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their reservation will be considered a "no-show" and be charged a no-show fee, 50% of the services booked. Vanity Haus does NOT refund fees when you are a no-show and cannot be applied to your next reservation. In the event card on file declines for whatever reason when charging a no-show fee/cancellation fee, you will need to pay the fee before being serviced at your next visit.

Vanity Haus concedes a 5 minute grace period from your reservation time. In the event you arrive late, you may be asked to reschedule your reservation. In the event you are scheduled for several services, and you arrive late, there is a possibility some services will not be able to be rendered, depending on the therapist's schedule. You may be asked to reschedule those services. Please let us know ASAP if you suspect you may be arriving late, so that we can check with the schedule to see if any changes need to be done.

Vanity Haus accepts cash, major credit cards and debit cards as forms of payment.If you would like to grace your therapist with a gratuity, gratuities are extremely appreciated in the forms of cash, via venmo or on card.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not abide by this. VH does not tolerate racism, homophobia, sexism, transphobia, fatphobia, xenophobia, bullying or abusive language or behavior. It is up to each and every one of us to light up anothers' world.

For your safety and the safety of our therapists, everyone is required to wear a mask. Also, due to governor's orders regarding reduced capacity, at this moment, guests will not be allowed to come accompanied by children or adults who are not also getting serviced. Once restrictions are lifted, we will notify you of any changes.
